Farah was outstanding at understanding exactly how I wanted my hair to turn out. She was very thorough throughout the whole process of bleaching my hair as it took multiple rounds. She even took the time to do partial highlights at the end to make sure my blonde would turn out lighter and it did! I’m very pleased with the service I received.
